Why I volunteered here: I saw the poster and I wanted to actually use my first aid ticket before it expires. It was pretty good, didn't do anything except treat a scraped knee then help takedown. 8/10 will come back next year.
What motivated me: I was looking for some volunteering in the summer and signed up because no one else seemed to be signing up, which I can understand. Always looking to improve my skills at talking, and I learned a lot about a great cause, definitely coming back again
What motivated me: I was trying to get my art club involved more in school events, and the theatre needed a giant gramophone/phonograph bell, so I designed and built one for them.
Why I volunteered here: My realtor is the race director for the rattlesnake island swim, ad invited me to volunteer for it. I'm not sure if that swim is actually with the interior savings atls. It was really cool sitting on the COSAR boat learning about them.
Why I volunteered here: The head of the music department, Sheila French, has always been a wonderful and supportive person and I gladly go out to support the music program and hear some jazzy tunes!
Why I volunteered here: This has always been a good way for me to support my culture and demonstrate my talents, make friends and garner respect from my community. Always great fun!
