Street Marshals

Help keep march participants safe crossing the streets at the annual Take Back The Night Rally and March.

We are looking to fill Street Marshal positions at the Take Back the NightRally and March to end sexual violence against women and children -Presented by the Central Okanagan Elizabeth Fry Society.
This event takes place on September 13, 2018 at Kerry Park. Volunteer shifts start at 6:00pm and end at 8:00pm.
Street Marshals are responsible for making sure participants are obeying street signs and crossing intersections safely during the march.
This position is part of a community event

TAKE BACK THE NIGHT Rally and March - 2018. Everyone has the right to feel safe. Help shatter the silence on sexual violence in our community. Join us September 13th , 6:30pm-8:00pm in Kerry Park ,Downtown Kelowna (near the sails).

This volunteer position has no scheduling requirements attached to it. You can work out your availability and time commitment directly with the organizer.
