This year, the First West Foundation was proud to provide a $15,025 grant to BC & Alberta Guide Dogs in support of their Autism Service Dog Program which matches professionally trained dogs to children ages 3-10.
“Thanks to the support of the Envision Financial Community Endowment grant, puppies like Bailey and Maggie are able to become life changing dogs for children with autism and their families, and to communities we serve,” says Matthias Lenz, Puppy Training Manager at BC & Alberta Guide Dogs.
