This year marked the 20th year of the Royal LePage Kelowna's Fill the Van for the Sally Ann. And once again the hearts of the Royal LePage Kelowna team shone thru as they collected over $34,000 in food and cash donations. Year after year this group stands in the cold on a cold December days to gather donations for those who need little extra help in life. This year reinforced the dedication of this team. As I went to each @Save On Foods location I met the volunteers I heard stories from many of them who's families had been impacted by the The Salvation Army Kelowna over the years. Some families had received toys at Christmas and others food hampers. All of them shared how in the midst of the hard The Salvation Army Kelowna had come to their families when they needed help with HOPE. I am so proud to work for the Salvation Army Kelonwa but equally as proud to live in such a giving and caring community!
