Kudos to Seanna Koopmans! Seanna is being recognized by Envision Financial, a division of First West Credit Union for her leadership in the community through our employee Lead Well program. As part of this recognition she received $500 to donate to the charity of her choice, she chose the Langley Animal Protection Society. The Langley Animal Protection Society’s mandate is to promote the physical, emotional and psychological well being of companion animals in Langley. They carry out their mandate through the use of professional and humane animal control methods and innovative animal welfare programs. Seanna volunteers for LAPS by through fostering kittens at home that are not quite ready for adoption - she is currently fostering her 39th and 40th kittens! She has also spent the last 4 years baking, decorating & selling cupcakes in support of LAPS for National Cupcake Day - baking over 575 cupcakes this year alone!
