The Therapeutic Riding program promotes the well-being and education of individuals having physical, intellectual or emotional challenges through the development of equine skills and structured programs with horses. The program also provides opportunities for integration, socialization and development of life-skills through equine activities. Salt Spring Therapeutic Riding Association needs to vacate its current riding facility (pasture, tack room, shelters, riding ring and trails.
