SASCU Box Office Volunteers - Roots and Blues Festival
volunteerismWe’ve been asked to increase our volunteer presence at the Roots & Blues Festival this year, which means there are plenty of opportunities for staff to get involved in one of our most popular and sought-after volunteer activities.
If you’re interested in representing SASCU at this incredible community event, here’s what you need to know:
If your selected shift falls during your regular work hours, please ensure you connect with your manager for approval before signing up. All requests are approved on a first come, first serve basis and are time-stamped.
Volunteer duties include:
Selling and scanning tickets at the SASCU Box Office
Applying festival wristbands for event patrons
Mandatory training (1 hour) will take place in the two weeks leading up to the event.
This is a great chance to be part of a fun, high-energy event while giving back to the community. Don’t miss out — spots will go quickly!
This volunteer position has no scheduling requirements attached to it. You can work out your availability and time commitment directly with the organizer.
