FREE Virtual Yoga Class - Grace & Flow

Join registered yoga instructors Caitlin Pickett and Jessica Nobrega of Grace & Flow for a 45-minute virtual yoga flow to energize, soothe your soul and make you feel so alive!

*A Zoom link will be sent out to all registrants on the morning of March 31st. *
When - Tuesday, March 31st
Time - 6:30 to 7:15pm PDT
What you need - yoga mat, small towel or blanket, and your phone or computer
What to expect - a 45-minute vibey flow in the Grace & Flow headquarters

Archway Society manages the Transition House; a safe place for women and children fleeing abuse, Casimir Court; which houses support to young parents, and offers counselling, outreach and homelessness prevention programs throughout the North Okanagan. Any little bit can help to make a difference in the lives of families in our community.
