Every day in the Cowichan Valley, a staggering number of children go to school without breakfast. This detracts from their learning outcomes and their overall health. Nourish Cowichan was established in 2016 to address this issue The breakfast program is currently running, and every week students receive two to three delicious breakfasts prepared by Chef Fatima. Nourish Cowichan needs to secure a facility and install a commercial grade production kitchen.
