Come witness the unveiling of a brand-new monument dedicated to the legacy of the Vernon Girls Trumpet Band—a symbol of local pride, musical excellence, and decades of community spirit. More than 6000 of our local girls have been apart of this amazing band throughout the years and this is for every single one of them, and more!

Enjoy performances by the Alumni Band, and take this opportunity to meet past and current members, as well as staff and founding family of the band. Share stories, memories, and celebrate the generations of music and camaraderie that have marched through our city’s heart since 1947.

This event is free and open to everyone. Bring your family, friends, and your Vernon pride—we hope to see you there!
