Meet Nadine Mourao , a Member Service Representative at our Gabriola location. Nadine worked for Coastal Community for six years in our Finance department before taking a break to work in the not-for-profit sector for three and a half years. She happily returned to Coastal in August, saying, “It’s great to be back!”
Nadine has been volunteering for her daughter’s grade seven class at Gabriola Elementary. She’s taken on the role of Marketing/Promotions/Event Coordinator and Parent Event volunteer to help with fundraising for the grade seven year-end trip. Nadine is one of our recent Employee Volunteer program winners and will direct her funds to the trip, as it’s an important rite of passage for grade seven students.
