Keith Brewster and Matt Hauge from the Stober Foundation recently supported the cost for over 50 YMCA employees to take Resiliency Training, providing them with the tools and resources to manage the challenges of the pandemic in both their personal and professional environments.

As quoted by a Y staff member who received the training: “Thank you for providing me with the opportunity to become more resilient. Learning about mindfulness practices, square breathing and the life wheel have helped me to re-centre and ground myself during moments of anxiety and stress. I am so grateful to the Stober Foundation for caring about our staff members, many of us who are struggling, so we have the supports when we need them."
