July 30th to August 2nd, Cornerstone proceeded with a till donation campaign to raise money for Haying in the 30's Cancer Support Society. This event was supported by all Cornerstone Food Stores, Gas Bars, and Home Centres, with Coop matching all donations up to a maximum of $5,000.
This year, we received just shy of $10,000 in generous customer donations and $5,000 was matched from the Coop for a grand total of $14,614.74 raised!

In the 22 years that this event has been operating, Haying in the 30’s has financially assisted over 6,400 people to the tune of $5.3M who have been victims of cancer and have applied for assistance to offset some of their costs while taking treatment. 1,962 have been from Cornerstone communities.
