You are invited to join the Abbotsford Hospice Society community for our Tea to Remember Potluck Memorial taking place on Sunday, May 26th at 3pm on the grounds of Holmberg House, Abbotsford’s Hospice.
Each spring, many residents of the Fraser Valley face Mother’s Day and Father’s Day without their loved ones. We want to acknowledge this reality by providing space for all to come, bring a plate of their loved ones favorite dessert to share with others, and remember those they are missing. We recognize the importance of honoring this journey, as well as recognizing and celebrating the lives that have passed.
