The staff at Envision Financial are a generous bunch. Since 2009, grants of staff donations from employees who wear jeans on the last Friday of every month has reached over $74,000. The power of these grants lies in the fact that employees nominate the charities and a volunteer committee of employees choose the successful recipients.
