Vote now for Kinette Club Of Lake Cowichan selecting an emoji below! Winning the $50,000 SimpleGenerosity grant from Island Savings a division of First West Credit Union would benefit the Kin Duck Pond Revitilization project. For many Lake Cowichan Kin Members the pond is where they took swimming lessons as kids and spent time with family and friends. For some Kin Members it’s where they take their kids or grandkids. But over the years there has been a slow decline in the number of families accessing the Kin Duck Pond due to outdated playground structures, deteriorating bathrooms and a lack of play options for children. Their goal is to create a safe, functional and fun space for children, family and community to gather, play swim and make memories. Thank you for helping us celebrate Canada150 and strengthening our communities with SimpleGenerosity!
