The Vancouver Island Cooperative Preschool Association is an umbrella organization for preschools owned and operated by the members on a non-profit, non sectarian basis, which supports the parent membership with management skills training and manuals, the Early Childhood Educators with orientation and in-service training, and promotes parent education and parent participation in the classroom. VICPA works to build community capacity by empowering families, teachers and community members.
