While developing the Thunderbird Motel Project, consideration was given to ensure residency would not simply provide surface supports (temporary food, clothing, and shelter) to the identified high risk population. Equal consideration has been given to social, intellectual, psychological and physiological needs. The program goal is to enhance the overall capacity of residents to move forward in life.
