People – Any aspect of the operation related to the Staff, Coaches, Players, Volunteers, Governors, Local Directors, etc.

Money – Any aspect of the operation related to the financial affairs of the SJHL or the franchise teams.

Marketing – Any aspect of the operation related to the sponsorship, ticket sales, promotion, fundraising, etc

Technology Any aspect of the operation related to use of technology in the management of information or presentation of the game
