The Literacy Outreach Program currently supports 12 community organizations with 125 front line service providers who, in turn, work with 1,200 citizens of the valley. The adult literacy program, Pathways to Learning, was established in January 2012 and, to date, has served over 500 learners from the Cowichan Region. Each year the number of learners grows and, in this program year 2015/16, we have served 235 learners to date. We have a goal of helping 300. learners in this program year.
