Festivals Kelowna is a non-profit society that produces free, arts based outdoor programs and events that are all ages appropriate, family friendly, and appeal to a wide variety of tastes and interests.
Our events include the weekly concert series "Parks Alive!", the "Kelowna Buskers Program", our community's annual "Celebrate Canada Day – Kelowna" festivities, and our new First Night event "New York New Year's Eve" family celebration. We introduced 2 fun new programs in 2015 including "Pianos in the Parks" where we placed 5 pianos in downtown locations available for everyone to play, and "Arts on the Avenue", a visual arts festival. We also present "Buskers on Bernard" in mid-August as part of our Kelowna Buskers Program.
We proudly work with the City of Kelowna, our major funder and a key supporter of community-focused, accessible, cultural festivals and events to animate our parks and public spaces.
