We believe no one should have to live with violence in relationships; that people have the resources they need to make choices that support what they want; that knowledge is empowering; that we don't have to let the violence we've experienced define who we are; that families want to be healthy and provide what's best for kids and that skills can be learned and applied. We believe in supporting people with a variety of services both individual and group.
