The CVPAF supports Cowichan kids in the supporting arts by removing financial barriers to participation - we do this primarily through bursaries for performing arts activities, such as music, dance, acting and singing. We also offer scholarships to assist Cowichan youth with travel costs to attend out-of-region workshops, competitions, etc.
