Our mission is rooted in our belief that community is medicine! We empower individuals, organizations, and communities to grow stronger and healthier. Through our free online mental health support, we help young people in BC access the resources they need. We also provide a safe space and digital tools for professionals and organizations to engage with their communities - hosting webinars and conversations on mental health, well-being, and other important topics.
