About us

The Central Okanagan Food Policy Council (COFPC) is a non-profit organization consisting of representatives from varying components of the Central Okanagan food system. The COFPC can best be visualized as an organization that brings together citizens, groups, local governments and organizations who are passionate and committed to moving towards a resilient and vibrant food system in the Central Okanagan. The COFPC provides an opportunity for information and resource sharing, and a chance for people interested in food-related issues in the Central Okanagan to work together towards common goals. Membership is open to anyone in the communities of Lake Country, Kelowna, Westbank First Nations, West Kelowna, Peachland and Regional District of Central Okanagan.
