Cassie + Friends’ helps youth and their families not just survive, but thrive with chronic disease through opportunities to: (1) Engage in research/advocacy; (2) Access information through our Virtual Education Series (EN/FR), Online Resource Hub and School/Transition Toolkit; (3) Form connections in our Parent Support Network, Youth Mentorship programs and at in-person Family Day events; (4) Get support via our clinic-based Family Funds/Equipment Cupboards.
