In recent years we hired staff in response to the need for culturally appropriate education in English, Farsi, Mandarin, and Punjabi. However, we have found that many immigrant and refugee parents are not comfortable attending presentations. We have provide more one-on-one services to these vulnerable families placing a significantly greater demand on our budget.
