The Vancouver Open is the marquee event of The Beach Tour. The 32nd edition of the annual three-day event will feature the best beach volleyball players from Canada, North America, and worldwide.

Want a front row seat to all the action? We are looking for volunteers to make this event a huge success!

Event Details:

Dates: July 11-13, 2025

Shifts Available: AM: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM & PM: 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Location: Kitsilano Beach

Volunteer Roles Available:

1. Event Setup and Teardown: Help with setting up and teardown of beach courts, seating, and equipment. (Setup: July 8-10, 2025; 9am-5pm / Teardown: July 14, 2025; 9am-5pm)

2. Scorekeeping and Timekeeping: Ensure accurate tracking of beach volleyball game scores and schedule. (AM Shift: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM; PM Shift: 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM)

3. Center Court Assistants: Assist in retrieving/distributing volleyballs at the center court, court maintenance including sand raking in-between plays. (AM Shift: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM; PM Shift: 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM)

* Volunteer Meeting / Training for Scorekeepers: TBA
