The Big Shop of Horrors Volunteers

Help raise funds for our island food banks, Big Brothers Big Sisters and MS Canada!

Help us raise funds for charity as well as frights by helping out at Cowichan's scariest (and most fun) Halloween event. Volunteers are required to commit to a full shift and are needed for a variety of positions including actors, parking attendants, door assists,guides, & cashiers. This is a fully immersive Haunted House with live actors. Actors will be needed both inside the house as well as outside to take on the various roles of witches, pirates, ghouls, dancers, zombies, clowns and night creatures. Makeup artists will assist with applications but actors may be required to supply their own costume. Volunteers must be available a min 45 minutes before each shift to assist with set up and one hour after end time (to accommodate line ups) Please review dates, times and your availability. Scheduled dates include: (Thurs, Oct 18: 7-9pm) (Friday, Oct 19: 6-10pm) (Sat, Oct 20: 6-10pm) (Sun, Oct 21: 6-9pm) (Thurs, Oct 25: 6-10pm) (Friday Oct 26: 6-10pm) (Sat, Oct 27: 6-10pm) (Sun, Oct 28: 6-9pm) (Tues, Oct 30, 6-9pm)
