The RCA is looking for volunteers ages 16 – 20 to assist with Summer Arts Blast Camps! As a volunteer, you will get to collaborate in a fun environment to help our Arts Blast team deliver quality programming in visual art, dance, music, and theatre to youth ages 5 – 12.

As a volunteer, you can expect to:

• Assist instructors in delivering art lessons – this will involve working with hands-on projects with kids, helping with group work, and serving as a positive role model

• Give focused attention to campers who need extra assistance

• Help during transitions between classes and take campers on bathroom breaks

• Maintain positive relationships with all campers, parents, and RCA staff

This is a great opportunity to:

• Gain experience working with children

• Learn about arts programming

• Develop interpersonal skills

• Serve as a role model

• Fulfill volunteering requirements for school
