In solidarity with the struggle for trans rights and in celebration of our community’s beautiful trans voices, we’re excited to announce that Advocacy Canada will be hosting Trans Day of Visibility - Together in Celebration: Unbreakable in Solidarity, and we would love for you to join us as a volunteer!
As a volunteer, your contribution will help us make this event a success and support our mission of creating a celebration of trans and nonbinary communities, celebrating resilience, providing education, and the need for continued advocacy. We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to assist in the following areas:

Kelowna’s 3rd annual Trans Day of Visibility on March 31 at 6 PM at The Laurel Packinghouse! This year’s theme is Together in Celebration: Unbreakable in Solidarity. -------- An All Ages Event for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community & allies -------- Entry by donation - no one refused -------- KEYNOTE SPEAKER - Marni Panas - trans advocate ------- Snacks & beverages provided ------- Entertainment from Local trans & queer artists ------- Community partner booths and activities

This volunteer position has no scheduling requirements attached to it. You can work out your availability and time commitment directly with the organizer.
