Join us for a walk through Wascana Marsh, a protected urban conservation area. Wascana Marsh is located at the southeastern corner of Wascana Lake, and serves as a seasonal home to migratory birds and other local wildlife!
We will lead you through this urban ecosystem, exploring the roles of the many different actors within. We will also address human roles in natural environments and how to plan for disturbances in habitat management plans. We will be walking near some delicate habitat, so we ask that you leave your pets at home for this walk!
