Application Processing Volunteer
provide a child the chance to experience the joys of a season of sportKidSport Kelowna, is actively seeking some passionate new volunteers to help get kids off the sidelines and into the game! Since 2005, KidSport Kelowna has been helping local kids get involved in organized sport by providing grants to families facing financial challenges to help with the costs of sport registration fees.
Each year KidSport Kelowna assists roughly 200 kids with approximately $35,000 in grants.
As the demand for KidSport assistance continues to grow, not only in Kelowna but across the province, the need for more volunteers with a variety of skills also becomes more critical.
We are currently seeking volunteers who would be willing to assist with the following task:
• Application Processing – We are looking for volunteers to manage our application process, review applications for complete information and approve them for funding.
This volunteer position has no scheduling requirements attached to it. You can work out your availability and time commitment directly with the organizer.
