Horse Day 2023 - Share the Trail
Jun 4, 2023, 5:30 – 9:30 PMCome to Seal Bay Park, Hardy Road parking lot on Sunday June 4th anytime - 1030AM to 230PM to meet your fellow trail users – equines!
The local members of the Back Country Horsemen Society (BCHBC) and Horse Council BC are hosting the event. There will be some lovely quiet horses for you to meet. Bring your kids and your dogs on leash. Back Country Horsemen North Vancouver Chapter has volunteered in Comox Valley Regional District parks for over 20 years including building one-third of the One Spot Trail.
Karen Share of Discovery Dog Training will be volunteering as well to help you with your canine’s interactions with horses. She and the horse’s owner will help you learn how to interact with horses on the trails. Please have your dog on a leash.
