We apply a strength based approach in all our programs and services Our programs are available to everyone that meets the criteria and are age appropriate, culturally sensitive and affordable. HCSS promotes and actively works toward full accessibility and the removal of barriers for our participants, personnel and other community stakeholders plus we seek regular input from these internal and external stakeholders to achieve our goals.
