Over the past five years, New Horizon CO-OP has been an incredible champion for youth sport in our community, donating over $20,000 to KidSport Grande Prairie. Their generosity has directly helped more than 60 kids get off the sidelines and into the game, ensuring that financial barriers never stand in the way of a child’s opportunity to play. As the demand for KidSport grants has more than doubled in that time, the support from Coop Horizon has been more crucial than ever. Their amazing sugar cookies are eagerly anticipated every year by children attending our event. The donation from New Horizon Co-op ensures we can offer our children's activities for FREE, which removes barriers to participation.
