My first volunteer experience was with the Optimist Club and it has grown to include Big Brothers Big Sisters, Mission Regional Chamber of Commerce, Mission Economic Development Select Committee, Mission Hospice Society, Mission Community Services, Mission Community Foundation and the Rotary Club of Mission Mid Day.

Why I volunteered here: It's a valuable service to those on the last journey of life. I attend monthly board meetings and AGM to help set the direction for the Society.
