Since having kids I always wanted to be hands on as a parent and be apart of any sport or organization they were apart of. Recently I was on the Board of Directors for Salt Spring Youth Baseball Association as we as Team Manager for my daughters softball team. Being apart of it all helped me feel closer to them both as a parent and a Team Leader. Being a roll model for them as well as others. On top of these rolls I have also managed my son's Soccer Team. Last year when COVID hit everything came to a halt and we sure missed being out on the field. We have just started up Baseball again and there are some very happy kids out there.
