Reporting to the Finance & Administration Manager and working closely with donors, clients, staff, and volunteers the Administrative Assistant will often be the first contact to greet donors and clients, both in person and by phone.
As the initial face of the Surrey Food Bank an energetic and pleasant manner is required. The Administrative Assistant will also provide backup support with other administrative duties for the management team.
