We’re pleased to announce that three projects have been approved for funding through the fall allocation of the Community Investment Fun a new gardening program to build foundational life skills, a program to help First Nation elders stay socially connected, and a program to support early childhood literacy.
Since 2007, the Interior Savings Community Investment Fund has provided over $1.6 million in seed money to help launch 140 programs that are empowering people in our communities to reach their potential. Eligible projects must have a plan to become self-sustaining, have a far-reaching, positive impact on the community and demonstrate alignment with one or more of Interior Savings’ community impact objectives.
Throughout the week we'll be sharing more information on the three amazing projects that received funding.
Do you know of a new or substantially expanding program that needs a financial boost? Could it be a fit with our Community Investment Fund? Please share the link to our guidelines and application form here: https://bit.ly/3mdGrnk
