We've officially made it to #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth ✨🖤⁣

Even though yes, to us, every month is about raising awareness, keeping the conversation going, creating safe spaces, and ending the stigma.⁣

We're not going to pretend it's been all sunshine + rainbows - navigating these extraordinary times has been challenging, frustrating, and disappointing amidst the silver linings.⁣

We had so many things planned that had to be shifted or cancelled; events in the works with incredible initiatives + humans to give mental health the attention and celebration it deserves 🙌🎉⁣

Fortunately - there's this thing called the internet. And all of these really rad people who have been down for change + working around how we can still provide for the community during all of this.⁣

So have no fear .. the #mentalhealth celebration is coming. The events will still happen. But this time you'll get to enjoy them from the comfort of your own safe space 🏡⁣

Stay tuned for upcoming workshops, Instagram lives, blogs, new resources and so much more 😍🙌
