Congratulations to #SimpleGenerosity volunteer recipient from Valley First, a division of First West Credit Union, Jim Ouelette! He directed his donation to the Oliver Food Bank. Jim has been volunteering with the Oliver Food Bank for over 12 years, on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer. Jim not only attends meetings but is at the food bank each Wednesday morning when they open for distribution to over 200 clients each week. He also picks up donations from local grocery stores and businesses, keeps all of the client records and prepares financial reports. Jim has an incredibly kind heart and is generous with his time. He is well respected by the clients, volunteers and community members. Thank you for inspiring us!
