Thank you to everyone who came out to support the Annual Headway Charity Golf Classic June 6th at the Olympic View Golf Course in Victoria. The event raises funds for the HeadWay Victoria Epilepsy & Parkinson's Centre a non-profit society which helps to strengthen and manage the physical, psychological and social effects of Parkinson’s and epilepsy. Since it began in 1993 the event has helped to raise more than $700,000 in funds and donations. This year Island Savings a division of First West Credit Union was proud to be involved and hosted a special hole in one on the course. We also had a strong team of volunteers helping out at the registration table with the sale of raffle tickets and mulligan bags.
