This week Island Savings a division of First West Credit Union we had an excellent experience learning “hands only” CPR & how the AED machine works. It was a great team building morning learning & engaging with “Annie”. We were guided by informative instructional videos. Thank you First West for allowing our team the hands on experience of what to do in the event of a cardiac emergency ♥️ We all feel more informed & less intimidated by it all. May we never need to use the knowledge we gained this week but we are grateful to have it if we do. Thank you First West for teaming up with Heart and Stroke Foundation providing each location with an AED machine♥️
