My son Ryan and I had the honor of presenting Leslie and Sarah of Creating Calm, a program through Comox Valley Family Services, with a $150 donation generously provided by First Credit Union & Insurance. Creating Calm is an educational therapeutic support group for children and youth experiencing anxiety. With the support of Creating Calm, anxious children learn a variety of techniques to help them cope and manage anxiety. Thanks Leslie and Sarah for all that you do!
