Treasurer
contribute to the governance of PRDUWWe're currently accepting applications to fill the volunteer Treasurer role. This important role will take 2-3 hours per month. (one board meeting per month, usually at 5pm on the first Monday of the month. Plus one additional one hour meeting in advance of the regular board meeting (usually during the day on the last Wednesday of the month, this could be scheduled to suit your needs).
This volunteer position has no scheduling requirements attached to it. You can work out your availability and time commitment directly with the organizer.

Powell River & District United WayChildren and families in Powell River are struggling. *Almost 1 in 3 kids live in poverty, 35% of children 0-6 are considered 'vulnerable' and 31% of kids ages 6-12 are considered 'low' in well-being. We are hoping to see some of these statistics change. We are prioritising our designated local funds on programs that fit within the pillar "all that kids can be". We believe that everyone can make a difference and invite you to give, in any way you can!
