Description:

The little Green Bookshelf is looking for a volunteer to re-stock returned books at its 4 locations around Powell River.
The Little Green bookshelf is a free community library for children 0-6yrs and their caregivers. It is set up in 4 locations around town, Powell River Complex, P.R.C.Y.&F.S Family library, First Credit Union, and Family Place.
We are looking for a volunteer to collect returned books, and update current material at each site once a week.

On the Road with Children's Activities (ORCA) is a partnership of Powell River & District United Way, School District 47, and the BC Government through Ministry of Children and Family Development. We host early years programs for children age 0-6 years that focuses on play based learning and fun! The bus travels from Saltery Bay to Lund as well as Texada island and all the regions in between!
